A few weeks ago we held a party, via Zoom, to say farewell and thank you to our friend, mentor and creator of Lace City Chorus, Mr Glenn Chaney. Glenn retired this year after 27 years as Musical Director of the chorus. Throughout his barbershop career he has enriched the lives of so many people through his passion and genuine love for making music.

Glenn is described as a gentleman, a pioneer, gracious and ambitious.

Some special guests joined the call to say thank you to Glenn, including David Sangster from Forth Valley Chorus and Claire Gardiner from Vienna-Falls Chorus. Together, with members past and present we all agree - Glenn is a legend!
