Deborah Pollard, Management Team Co-ordinator

Deb leads on chorus strategy and priorities, chairs Management Team meetings and represents the chorus at regional meetings

Ellie Blackeby, Music Director

Ellie leads on musical development and strategy, chairs the Music Team and represents the chorus at regional meetings.

Liz Clunie, Finance Co-ordinator

Liz leads on chorus finances, reports income and expenditure to the Management Team and liaises with the chorus accountant.  Liz joined the baritone section of the chorus in 2001 and has spent many years as the treasurer and finance co-ordinator and a member of the show team.  Away from the chorus she works as a Finance Team Manager at the University of Nottingham and supports Nottingham Forest, attending many games home and away.

Heather Ankers

Heather leads on Membership,  co-ordinating the membership team, monitoring member attendance and liaising with incoming and outgoing members and singing course attendees.

Sally Edwards

Sally leads on organising sing-outs for the chorus.  She joined Lace City Chorus after attending the summer singing course in 2022 and sang at her first convention in 2023 when Lace City won gold, so a very exciting debut!   Away from singing, Sally works part time as an NHS therapist. 

Sara Grant

Sara is joint lead on External Relations and Fundraising, working closely with Emily Johnson on external communications and marketing.

Tanya Sadler

Tanya heads up the Presentation Team, bringing creativity and a keen eye for detail. Her goal is to ensure the Chorus shines on stage, working with the Chorus’s amazing choreographer to create polished visuals. Away from singing, Tanya works in marketing.

Lynn Woods

Lynn is joint lead on External Relations and Fundraising, working closely with Emily Johnson on external communications and marketing.  Lynn has been a member of the bass section of the chorus since 2010, apart from a short break between 2018 and 2021 when she left to explore other singing opportunities. She served on the Management Team previously,  being the Team Coordinator for 5 years.  Away from chorus, Lynn is a keen walker and goes out every day come rain or shine with her dog Daisy and her various doggy friends!
